Whatever university year you are in, you will be busy with assignments and projects, which ICUR is designed to complement and support. We hope that the time you put into writing your abstract, developing your presentation, and attending ICUR will give you valuable skills and insights, which you can read more about here.
Commitments through the year
The time that everyone spends preparing for ICUR varies greatly, depending on what attendees have previously prepared for a different context.
This timeline will be updated for ICUR 2026 in due course. Please check back here for updates.
Additional Sessions
Whilst this is a summary of the mandatory expectations from you during the ICUR process, we also run many optional sessions aimed at developing the skills of attendees. These are great places to learn more about the conference, hear from experts in the field of interdisciplinary communication and meet others who will be presenting at the conference. The optional sessions include:
- Abstract writing workshops
- Abstract writing boot camps
- Abstract revision boot camps
- Presentation workshops
- Presentation Q&As
You can keep an eye on our training calendar, training sign-up, or Instagram for announcements of these sessions.
